PROJECT OVERVIEW
Frognal Residence
Nestled in leafy Hampstead, within the exclusive enclave of Frognal, this Grade II listed residence is a striking 18th-century property spanning 1,221 sqm and valued at £12 million. With its classical architectural detailing and rich history, the house possessed undeniable charm, but its interiors had grown dated over time.
Our role as designers was to sensitively breathe new life into the property—celebrating its period character while introducing a contemporary elegance. The result is a series of stunning interiors that fuse heritage with modern luxury. We curated a scheme anchored by rich, contemporary Italian furniture, complemented by fully bespoke joinery and lighting—designed and procured directly from Italy.
The material palette is bold yet refined, featuring Ebony Macassar wood, Nero Marquina marble, brass metalwork, and sculptural alabaster chandeliers. These layers of craftsmanship and detail create a sense of timeless sophistication, where old and new exist in perfect harmony.
The transformation was met with delight by our client, who was thrilled to see the property’s beauty restored and elevated, with every detail tailored to their vision.
