Park Avenue Apartment
In Surrey, a Georgian-style new build was commissioned to replace an existing property that had been granted permission for demolition. Designed by a local architect, the house is a grand residence featuring six bedrooms, each with its own en-suite, alongside multiple reception rooms. We were invited into the project by the architect to design every square metre of the interiors, ensuring the new home reflected the individuality and personality of the client.
One of the most distinctive aspects of the brief was the client’s request for each bedroom to be entirely unique—not only in colour palette but also in style. This creative challenge allowed us to explore a wide spectrum of design approaches, from classically inspired schemes with refined detailing to bold, contemporary interiors full of energy and character.
The result is a home that feels cohesive yet exciting, with every room offering a different experience. The process was as enjoyable as the outcome, with both our team and the client embracing the playful, dynamic approach to the design. The finished home is a testament to creativity, versatility, and the joy of making interiors as individual as the people who live in them.
